We will arrange the specific flight date during the Slovak Balloon Cup 2026 by phone after you purchase the ticket. The sooner you contact us, the more options you have available. Don’t hesitate to choose a morning flight. There’s a higher probability of flying at sunrise than in the evening.

The temperature in the balloon basket in the air is not much lower than on the ground. We recommend sports clothing according to the current season and especially sturdy shoes. High heels are preferable to celebrate the experience after a balloon flight.

You will meet the balloon team at the agreed time at the agreed place. The balloon needs to be prepared for flight – directly at the meeting point or sometimes a transfer to another launching area is necessary.

The balloon flight lasts approximately one hour, though during the competition a shorter flight is possible due to the joint balloon launch. However, set aside at least three hours for the entire experience. After packing the balloon and “baptizing” first-time flyers, we’ll bring you back to the meeting point.

Hot air ballooning is strictly weather dependent. The balloon flies in the direction and speed of the wind. The pilot has sole responsibility and makes decisions on the safety of the flight based on expert information. If the weather is not suitable for the flight, a new flight date will be arranged.
