We are happy to invite you to the incredible 28th edition of the Košice Balloon Fiesta! From 14 to 18 May 2025 dozens of colourful balloons will flood the skies over the eastern metropolis. We will pull our entire fleet out of the garage and we will be joined by balloons from Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and England. Among them 3 balloons in a special shape!
The centre of the fiesta can be found on the campus of the Technical University in Košice – around the baseball field on Vysokoškolská Street. It is from here that mass balloon launches are scheduled, which are an unforgettable experience for visitors. We start with an evening launch on Wednesday, ending with a morning launch on Sunday.
In addition to the balloon launches, we are also preparing a fiesta town for you every day from 16:30 with an accompanying programme, refreshments and attractions for children. The highlight of the fiesta is the night balloon inflation on Friday 16 May at 21:00. You definitely don’t want to miss this evening! It’s not every day you get to see a light show with music and under the stars :)
