Balloon operation and service
Based on the Declaration in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/395, we are an operator authorised to carry out commercial transport, i.e. to perform sightseeing flights by hot air balloon. Our clients include Letisko Košice – Airport Košice, a.s.; Slovenská sporiteľňa, a.s.; Dolphin Central Europe, s.r.o.
We hold a Combined Airworthiness Organisation (CAO) certificate, reference number SK.CAO.004, under which we offer balloon owners the opportunity to service, maintain and repair balloons, perform prescribed inspections and manage the maintenance of airworthiness for the following types of balloons: Kubíček Balloons, Cameron Balloons, Ultramagic Balloons, Lindstrand Balloons, Schroeder Fire Balloons, Ballon Chaize.
Flight logbook
The flight logbook is issued in accordance with EASA regulations – Commission Regulation (EU) 1178/2011, part FCL and approved by the Slovak Transport Authority No 07551/2013/OPL-002. The logbook has a hard leatherette binding with metal edges in the corners with the inscription FLIGHT LOG. It is printed on high quality coloured paper with watermark. All texts are in Slovak-English.
